This is the front-facing bedroom of the house. The house has character and a homely feel, with clean and tidy communal spaces maintained by a rota. It is conveniently located near shops and public transport, with Chorlton and Firswood tram stops an 8-minute walk away, and bus routes also very close. The current housemates are two friendly, clean, and considerate females (aged 32 and 38), one working from home and the other in central Manchester. This is not a party house, and the ideal housemate will be like-minded, social when possible, and respectful of personal space. Rent is £380 per month, with bills approximately £550 per month (excluding summer months). Bills are managed by the tenants. The minimum term is 6 months. No couples or pets are accepted. Smoking is permitted.
