This cozy 4-bedroom house features a king-size bed, two double beds, and two single beds (bunk bed, not for adult use). Enjoy free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a well-appointed kitchen with cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, pots, pans, a chopping board, and cooking essentials. A hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher are provided. An initial supply of hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, standard tea bags, coffee, milk sachets, toilet roll, and kitchen roll are included. Bed linens and towels are also provided. A travel cot is available for infants under one year old.
Guests have full and private access to the house and rear terraced garden. Paid parking is available at Institute Road car park (free overnight), and free parking can be found on local streets.
The house includes a 6-seat garden table and an 8-seat table that can be used as a workspace.
Parties, stag dos, hen parties, and large celebrations are strictly not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the property, including stairways, hallways, bedrooms, and bathrooms. A charge of £250 will apply if there is any evidence of smoking. The lead guest must be aged 25 or over. Lost keys and any required lock changes will be charged accordingly. Collecting keys before the agreed check-in time, or returning them after the 10 am check-out time without prior arrangement, will incur a charge of £25 per hour (or part thereof). Charges may apply for any breakages, damage, excessive cleaning, or staining identified during or after your stay.
All local shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The nearest pub, The Two Brewers, is just across the road. Popular restaurants like The Ivy Marlow, Piccolino, and Zizzi are under a 5-minute walk. Marlow Station Approach train station is an 8-10 minute walk away. Sainsbury's Local supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
