Cooling fans are provided in each bedroom.

This property is pet-friendly with an additional fee of £30 per pet to cover extra cleaning. Private parking is available for two cars at the bottom of the driveway. Guests are welcome to visit the host's vegetable garden. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

The property offers a comfortable living area with a Smart TV, and guests are welcome to use their own logins for app access.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. There is a £100 fee for lost keys and £50 for call-outs if locked out. Smoking is not allowed. Two small, well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £30. Dogs must be house-trained, kept off the furniture and upstairs, and their waste must be cleared up in the garden. Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house, and dog towels are provided. Dogs should not be left alone in the property. Guests are welcome to pick flowers, veg, or fruit in the vegetable garden, but please be aware that for children and dogs, there is no secure fencing of the wider property outside of the small fenced area off the deck, and there are water hazards in the wider property and adjacent creek. Please keep dogs on a lead in the Vegetable Garden.

Nestled amidst trees and wildflowers, this barn is a hidden gem with easy access to the Coastal Footpath and a large vegetable garden. Local shops are nearby, and it's only a 90-minute drive from London. Mengeham Village is an 11-minute walk away, and Havant Train Station is a 15-minute car ride.
