Room to rent Rodney Road, Metropolitan Borough of Solihull

Description

This is a house for four to share, and I am looking for one more high end young professional graduate to share with the existing three, who are the ideal young professional house-mates. The room is a large double ensuite bedroom furnished with a 4ft double bed, a large three door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. It has a lovely ensuite shower room too. The house is a welcoming home. It has a relaxing atmosphere, it's very well presented and well furnished with contemporary furniture throughout. There is a big modern kitchen, with all appliances, a lovely sized lounge diner with a 42 inch digital freeview TV, and Virgin business grade high speed broadband throughout, and each of the bedrooms have their own TV aerial sockets too. The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, and there are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety. In all our houses for young professionals we have been lucky enough to get great people who get along really well and look after their homes really well. We supplement this with a cleaning team who clean all the communal areas and the shared bathrooms. And this set of house mates are super clean and tidy, so we hope to find another who likes a clean and tidy home. The location gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick bus commute or a 25 minute walk, but also is great for access to the NEC, and Birmingham Airport, and the Industry Park off the A45. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too. Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has twice been awarded the best place to live in recent years by the UK Quality of Life Index!!
