Parking is available on the property driveway for a maximum of 3 cars or 2 MWB vans or 1 LWB Van. Multiple LWB vans or commercial vehicles are prohibited, and no street parking is allowed. Pets are welcome for an additional fee, and guests must inform the host in advance.
The spacious lounge features a 65" Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi throughout.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00. Smoking is not allowed indoors, with a designated outdoor smoking area. Events are not allowed. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned prior to arrival. Self check-in is available, with instructions sent within 48 hours prior to arrival. Assistance from the team is available until 7:30 PM Monday-Friday and 7 PM Saturdays and Sundays. Violating local parking rules could result in fines. Any noise disturbances may lead to penalties. Unauthorized gatherings will lead to immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. A cleaning fee of £600 applies if smoking occurs indoors. Smoking of illegal substances inside or outside the property is prohibited. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. For day visitors, please inform the host in advance.
