We are a young couple with a baby, living in a spacious three-bedroom house in North Solihull. The house has been extensively renovated and is fully furnished to modern standards.

We have one spare double room available on the first floor. It has a double bed, a 32" wall-mounted FHD Smart TV, a workstation for working from home and large storage spaces. The room is warm and bright, with plenty of light even in winter. The room has its own bathroom with a shower and benefits from a centralised hot water system for instant hot water.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of street parking. A bus stop to the city centre is just around the corner, and a small commercial area with shops, a supermarket and a fuel station is a five-minute walk away. Marston Green Train Station is very close, with easy access to Birmingham Airport, the NEC and the M6 and M42 motorways.

Utility bills are included in the price, including fibre internet (Virgin 500). There is a shared kitchen, living room and downstairs WC. Weekly cleaning by a professional cleaner is provided free of charge. Dishwasher and washing machine are available for use. A side and rear garden is available for summer barbecues and sunbathing.

We are looking for young people, or people who feel young and fresh, for a shorter stay or several years if we get along well. We have two cats, so we are looking for pet-loving housemates. The rent is £700 per month. Please arrange a viewing so we can get to know each other.
