A furnished double room is available in a 4-bedroom house share located in the Suffolk countryside. The house overlooks fields and features a lovely garden and outdoor area. There are two separate living spaces and an additional room that can be used as an office. The property has a bathroom and shared living spaces with TVs. Your own transport is necessary due to the remote location. The current occupants are two females, aged 30-40, professionals who do not smoke and have pets. They are looking for a female housemate, aged 25-50, who does not smoke and is not a student. Couples are not accepted, but pets are welcome. The housemate should respect the space, have independence, and be open to occasional chats. The owner will be present a weekend or two per month. Bills are included, and a deposit of £200.00 is required.
