You will have your own private bathroom with a shower, located directly on the landing. You can use the rest of the house, including a large kitchen/diner with a sofa and TV, a separate living room with a sofa and TV, and a good-sized garden with a wooden pergola and outdoor seating area. There is ample off-road parking on the private driveway, with garage/storage space available if needed.
Woolpit is a quiet Suffolk village with local amenities and is well-located for commuting, with the A14 approximately five minutes away, providing easy access towards Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Cambridge, and Colchester. Elmswell station is around five minutes away, with services towards Cambridge and London. Bury St Edmunds is roughly 10 minutes by car and Stowmarket around 10–15 minutes.
The house is shared with a friendly Labrador and the live-in landlord. The landlord's son also stays on a week-on/week-off basis.
Couples are welcome. Non-smokers preferred. Longer-term stays are preferred, but shorter stays can be discussed.
