CCTV for added protection & safety in communal areas. Couples are allowed extra charge message for prices. Beautiful new kitchen with breakfast bar & 5 bar stools. Please note that the bedding is not provided. I can provide new bedding which includes Double duvet, Double duvet set, Double fitted sheet, Mattress protector & two pillows for £75 this will be paid along side the £100 reservation fee for the room. If you decide to bring your own bedding then a Mattress protector will be provided for £15. Students welcome but must have an up to date student exemption certificate for council tax. High fibre optic broadband. Plates, cutlery, & cup provided. You need to provide your own cooking pots/pans. You need to be a very clean person with high hygiene standards at all times for all other residents sake. You need to keep the bathrooms & kitchen area's clean at all times after each use. Fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, Airfryer, washer/dryer in the kitchen all provided. I also have a separate medium size studio room available on a ground floor. Ideally for one person preferably a male due to the size of the room for £550 including bills & £300 deposit. Must be respectful, mindful & clean hygiene standards & quite person because of other residents who are all working full-time. The studio room consists of a private ensuite shower, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, airfryer, sink, single wardrobe, & smart tv.
