House to rent Carisbrooke Court, New Forest

Description

A smashing two bedroom semi-detached house with modern decor, a modern kitchen, a brand new shower room, large garden, garage with remote roller door, and driveway parking for 2/3 cars. The property benefits from gas central heating with a new boiler.

There is a patio area and pathway leading to the front door, with driveway to the side leading to the garage, and an access gate to the rear garden. The through lounge is a light and spacious room with laminate flooring, two radiators, a double opening window to the front, TV aerial and telephone point, and a ceiling light with dimmer switch. An open tread staircase leads to the first floor. The open plan kitchen/diner is fully fitted with a range of white gloss base and eye level units, contrasting worktop, single drainer stainless steel sink, integrated electric oven, hob and extractor, and space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher, plus space for an upright fridge/freezer. A double opening window overlooks the rear garden, and a back door leads out onto the garden.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both with carpeted flooring. The master bedroom has a large storage cupboard. The second bedroom has a front aspect window. The newly fitted shower room comprises a good sized shower cubicle, pedestal hand basin, low level WC, ladder radiator, and an obscure glazed window.

The garage is adjacent to the house with a remote roller door and a side door providing direct access from the rear garden. The large, low maintenance garden is mainly laid to lawn, with a path from the gate to the rear kitchen door and a shingle area to the side of the garage.
