Light and airy small to medium room (not a box room) available for temporary or short-term letting of up to 3 months, or possibly longer. The room includes a small 4ft double electric bed, fitted wardrobe with storage, desk with chair, TV and makeup area, three large drawers, bookshelf, table and linen basket, all in white. Bedding is supplied unless you prefer your own. Shared bathroom and toilet, downstairs toilet, kitchen, living room, conservatory, porch, garden and garage/shed are shared. Use of the washing machine is included, and a washing and drying service is available for a small extra fee. Wi-Fi and all bills are included, including council tax band C; food is not included and can be stored separately. The household has two small dogs and one medium dog, so you must like dogs. Family members and older grandchildren visit, so you are welcome to join in or keep to your own room. You will be a key holder and may come and go as you please. Extra visitors are not preferred as grandchildren stay over. Respect for all is expected. Preferred tenant is in full-time work, though students are considered; transport may be needed as the house is in Ringwood, New Forest. There is space for a car on the road nearby, and the A31 gives easy access to Bournemouth and Southampton. Own insurance is required. Rent is £500 per calendar month with a £250 deposit. No en-suite is available. Smoking is only permitted outside. At least two references and proof of identity and right to work, such as a passport, are required. A tenancy agreement, to be confirmed, must be signed.
