A double bedroom is available in a beautiful 3-bedroom house for 5 nights a week, from Sunday to Thursday inclusive. You will have the use of the whole house, except for the owner's room and their son's room who visits on weekends. The property is available from Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon, as the owner works away during the week. Therefore, you would need to be away from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon due to the son staying over. All bills are included, except for car charging if applicable. Belongings can be left in the room during the weekend. This would suit a professional working away from home during the week, a postgrad student, or someone who works away at weekends. The house features a spacious double room with an en-suite (including a shower), access to a large shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a good-sized living room with a reclining corner sofa and a large TV, and a lovely outdoor decking area with seating and river frontage. A weight bench and weights are also available, along with a downstairs toilet and off-road parking.
