Hi, my name is Georgina. I am looking for someone to move into the spare room in my current flat in Gosforth, Newcastle. My current flatmate, whom I met through SpareRoom, has lived here since March 2026 but is moving out in January 2027 to housesit. I am a dentist working four days a week. I enjoy hockey, Pilates and walks, and I describe myself as friendly, clean and tidy. The flat has two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, so you would have your own. Shared areas include the kitchen/living room and a separate utilities room. The flat is furnished and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. It is close to the Regent Centre metro and bus station, Gosforth high street and a large ASDA. On-site parking is available for an additional £60 per month for a second car, which could be split between flatmates. I am looking for a minimum tenancy of seven months from January, after which my boyfriend would move in from July when his current tenancy ends. Bills are not included in the rent: electricity, WiFi and water are paid additionally and vary slightly each month. Council tax band: B.
