The current housemate is 27, a graduate, and currently working on writing and arts projects. They are fairly quiet and independent and enjoy reading, music, films and occasionally going to the pub. They are looking for someone around a similar age who is friendly and considerate and would enjoy a relaxed, quiet place to live. Ideally another graduate or young professional.

This is not a big party household, but equally it's nice to have someone you can chat to, watch a film with or occasionally go for a drink with. The current housemate has a partner whom they don’t live with, so they’re not in every evening.
