We are looking for two roommates to join our house, available from September. We offer two furnished double bedrooms. Rent is £550 per month for students or £650 for non-students, with all bills included. Our south-facing home is a peaceful oasis, filled with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Living in a house means no noise from neighbors above or below, and we have a private yard. We are looking for friendly, responsible, and mature individuals, ideally master's/PhD students or young professionals. We enjoy a quiet, neighbourly atmosphere with occasional dinner parties. The minimum stay is 12 months. We are non-smokers and do not have pets.
