The flat overlooks the river and is perfectly positioned between the Quayside and Central Station - ideal for commuting, nights out, and enjoying everything the city has to offer. It's also close to both universities, making it perfect for students or young professionals. The flat has lovely, bright riverside views, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and washing machine, and a shared bathroom. It is clean, comfortable, and very homely.

This is a flat share with 3 rooms in total. The current household consists of 2 professionals (1 Female, 1 Male) who do not smoke and have no pets. They enjoy music, cooking, sports, gym, films, food, football, walking, fitness, dancing, and Netflix.
