I am offering my master bedroom with en-suite shower room in my three-bedroom detached house. The room is spacious, with a very large wardrobe, a king-size bed with memory foam mattress and a lush view across the Tyne Valley. You will have access to a shared living room, kitchen and downstairs toilet, plus a front and back garden. Storage space is available in the garage. The property is available from mid-November 2026, and I am open to full-time or part-time arrangements. I am the only other resident apart from my outdoor cat, Ronnie, and I stay at the property around half the time. A smaller third bedroom is used as my home office and can be shared by arrangement. I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and quiet, with a similar living ethos. The house sits on a quiet new-build cul-de-sac with free parking and a drive fitting one car. References, ID and a lodger agreement will be required.
