We are a couple living in a beautiful flat in North Berwick and are looking for a lodger for up to 6 months from November to April 2027. The flat is located less than a 10-minute walk to North Berwick train station, the high street, and a 25-minute walk to Aldi/Tesco. It offers 360-degree views across North Berwick and is 2 minutes from the beach. The room available is currently used as a second living room and is a good size; we can add a double bed and/or desk if required. The bathroom, while not an en-suite, would primarily be yours and has westerly views across the forth. Please note that family or friends may stay over during the lodging period, so comfort with other people in the flat is necessary. We are tidy, enjoy walks, the pub, and good food. We are happy to discuss specific requirements.
