Two stylish bathrooms are available: a ground-floor shower room with a rainfall shower, and an upstairs family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, toilet, and heated towel rail. Outside, a large garden with a gravel area, spacious lawn, and ample outdoor seating provides a perfect spot for sunny afternoons and starlit nights.
Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 dogs per booking.

Nestled along the North Norfolk Coast, the village is just a short stroll from the beach and approximately 10 miles from Cromer. The village offers a local chip shop, café, store, and gift shop. Other nearby beaches include Walcott (15-minute walk), Mundesley, and Happisburgh (both 3.5 miles). The bustling town of Cromer is under a 30-minute drive. Dining options include Poachers Pocket, The Lighthouse Inn, The Keswick, and Oriental Garden, with further options and a large supermarket in North Walsham. Family-friendly activities include BeWILDerwood (25-minute drive) and Pleasurewood Hills theme park (10 miles past Great Yarmouth). Broads Canoe Hire in Hickling is a 20-minute drive, and Wroxham and Hoveton are 25 minutes away for exploring the Norfolk Broads.
