Two rooms are available:
- A front-facing bedroom with a small double bed, large wardrobe, Smart TV with Fire TV, under-bed and loft storage, and bedside cabinets.
- A rear-facing bedroom with a double bed and a desk for home working.
You will share a modern kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, bathroom, toilet, and garden with the live-in landlord and another lodger. Driveway parking is available when space permits and must be agreed in advance. An electric vehicle charging point is also available (electricity cost to be covered by the lodger).
This is a quiet home, not a busy house-share. The landlord works from home most weekdays but is often out in the evenings and weekends, allowing for plenty of personal space.
Located within walking distance of Northumberland Park and Palmersville Metro stations, providing easy commuting to Newcastle city centre, hospitals, and universities. Silverlink Retail Park, supermarkets, and the A19 are also nearby.
Two rental options are available: Monday-Friday occupancy or full-time occupancy, including weekends. A £100 discount is offered for weekday-only occupancy. Both options include council tax and household bills (gas, electricity, water, and unlimited Wi-Fi).
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property or garden but is possible outside the property bounds. Pets may be considered by prior agreement.
