We are looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful person to join our 3-bedroom house share. You will have a double room and mostly your own bathroom, as the other rooms are en suite. The shared kitchen, living room and garden are yours to use, along with some garage storage. A regular cleaner is included in the rent. We are easy-going and keep the house clean and cosy. We have a cat, so you should be comfortable with pets. The location is quiet, with a green space nearby, and Chilwell Retail Park is close by, with a Tesco Express about 5 minutes away, a Tesco Extra about 15 minutes away, 24/7 bus links to the city centre, and two gyms within 10 minutes.
