Hiya House-sharers! We have a beautiful double en-suite room available in this stunning boutique house-share. The room is on the ground floor at the front of the house and is bright and sunny. It has a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk. The room has its own en-suite shower room. The house is lovely with high ceilings and plenty of beautiful features. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod-cons, including 2 induction hobs, 2 ovens, dishwasher, large fridge, etc. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and plenty of storage too. The house is a 5 minute walk from Long Eaton Station, which is a 14 min train ride to Nottingham town centre plus it's convenient for East Midlands Airport, local shops and much more. Rent includes all bills (fair usage capped) and fibre extra broadband too. Plus there's a regular cleaning service for the communal areas. You can reserve a parking on the driveway for £25 per month. Otherwise it's first come, first served. Your housemates are all young professionals. Please note, the room is available for one person only. Overnight guests are welcome to stay over, max of 2 nights a week. This house is suitable for professionals. Sorry no couples and no pets. Looking forward to showing you around. Tania and Pam
