It includes Gigabit internet with an ethernet connection and has its own key lock. The room is located downstairs and does not share walls with other rooms. The bathroom/shower is shared with one other person.

The house features a large kitchen with two large fridge/freezers, a full oven/hob, microwave, and air fryer, along with ample storage space. The living room is spacious and includes two sofas and a TV. A washing machine is also available.

The property is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from tram stops and buses to the city centre/Beeston centre, and a 10-minute walk to the UoN main campus. Local amenities, including corner shops and takeaways, are less than a 10-minute walk away, with Beeston centre and large supermarkets within a 20-minute walk. The street is very quiet with no traffic noise.

This is a house share with five 3rd/4th year compsci/animation students from UoN and NTU who are continuing their tenancy from last year. They are looking for a new housemate and describe themselves as a generally quiet household with no parties. They are seeking someone who they believe will get along well with the existing housemates.
