The room is currently being renovated, with floors being sanded and walls being painted. The previous housemate had a King-size bed, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. The room also benefits from attic storage. The house is furnished and includes a foyer with a work desk and sofas, a living room with a dining table, and a kitchen at the back. There is a concrete patio. The bathroom is located upstairs. The current owner is a father to an 8-year-old who stays every other weekend and has two indoor cats. He is looking for a laid-back, relatively tidy, and trustworthy housemate who is comfortable with occasional child visits and sharing the house with cats. The owner works from home at least two days a week and has high-speed WiFi. Two desks are available downstairs for use.
