The house is located on a fairly quiet street with a primary school, in a nice quiet area, and backs onto the school, making it quite secure. A cleaner visits fortnightly, and a dishwasher is present in the kitchen, which should help avoid tension about cleaning. The property is a 10-minute drive to the M1 or city centre, and a 10-minute walk to Beeston or the university. The landlord plans to convert the front into a driveway and fit a new bathroom at some point, but time is the main obstacle. The landlord is 37, runs his own business from home, plays hockey and does archery on weekends, and is often away for work or hobbies. He enjoys chilling out, going out, and is fairly active. He is interested in sci-fi or history-based shows and films, is generally open-minded, and enjoys meeting new people and new experiences. He is friendly.
