As the basement apartment is below a main house, noise may travel at times. Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am. No parties or extra guests are allowed. Please respect the neighbours by keeping noise down, with no noise after 10pm. No shoes are to be worn inside. Please ensure the front door and windows are locked when leaving the property. A £50 fee will apply if a guest locks themselves out or does not place keys in the lockbox at checkout. A £100 fee will apply if a guest loses or breaks a set of keys. Please follow rubbish instructions correctly. Kitchen items should be washed up after use. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
