One allocated driveway parking space is available at the front of the property, and unrestricted on-street parking may be available for additional cars. A travel cot and high chair are available for use. Bedding and linen are provided for the double bed and small double bed, but not for the travel cot. Fresh towels and travel-size toiletries are provided.
There is a desk and comfortable office chair in the living area, providing a great space to work from home. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and check-out time is before 11:00 am. A £100.00 fee will be charged for lost or broken keys. An additional charge will apply if guests check in early, check out late without permission, or fail to return the keys to the key safe upon departure. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
