This modern apartment features a Smart TV with access to on-demand apps like Netflix and iPlayer, a coffee machine, and Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table for enjoying meals. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower head, WC, and basin. Fresh towels and travel-size toiletries are provided.
Two parking spaces are available on the rear driveway and a bike rail is provided for guest use at their own risk. A discount of 20% off the 'Food' menu at The Alchemist, Westgate, Oxford, is available for all guests, with some exclusions.
The apartment offers Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, and the king bedroom has limited storage with two side tables/drawers, while the smaller bedroom has a large wardrobe.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Guests will be charged £100.00 for lost or broken keys and for call-outs. Early check-in or late check-out without permission will also incur a charge. Keys must be returned to the key safe on departure to avoid a charge. The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. A limited amount of consumables are provided to start your stay. The Krups coffee machine does not include Nespresso pods. The Smart TV does not have access to regular or Freeview channels, only on-demand apps which require guest login details. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
