Be quick, it's on a first-come, first-serve basis and we ask for one week's rent to hold the property for you. If you decide to go for it, that fee goes toward your first month's rent. We do require a UK homeowner, but if you're a student, we've got options for you too! We accept a Cusdos Rent Security Certificate if you are unable to get a guarantor, for example, if you are an international student. Got questions or want to see the place? Call us anytime! And don't forget, you can book a viewing 24/7, just click 'Book a viewing'. Spots are filling up fast, so don't wait too long! Council Tax band D. I require the first month's rent and a deposit equivalent to two months' rent in Oxford before you move in. I will also need a UK home-owning guarantor.
