A highchair is available for use. Parking is not included, with limited-hour street parking available nearby and paid options through JustPark online.
A desk and chair are provided in the kitchen area, creating a perfect workspace for those working from home.
Please be aware that the staircase leading to the second floor is quite steep, and both staircases feature additional steps on either side of the top step, typical of Victorian properties. Extra care should be taken when using the stairs at night, especially as the bathroom is located on the ground floor. The fireplace shown in photos is not for guest use. Regular terrestrial TV channels are not available; please use your own login details for on-demand apps. Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and check-out time is before 11:00 am. A £100.00 fee will be charged for lost or broken keys. An additional charge will apply for early check-in, late check-out without permission, or failure to return keys to the key safe. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
