Enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV with on-demand apps. For your convenience, a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are available. The property includes a bathtub with a shower head, WC, and basin on the first floor, and the garden annex features an ensuite with a walk-in shower and basin. Bedding and hotel-quality linen are provided, along with fresh towels and travel-size toiletries.
A driveway parking space for one car is available. Guests will have private access to the entire property, driveway, garden, and garden annex.
Each of the three bedrooms on the first floor is equipped with a desk and chair, providing a comfortable set-up for remote work.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Guests will be charged £100.00 for lost or broken keys and call-outs. Early check-in or late check-out without permission will incur a charge. Keys must be placed back in the key safe on departure to avoid a charge. Mid-stay cleans are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. A limited amount of consumables are provided to start your stay. You will need to use your own login details to access on-demand apps on the Smart TV. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. Bookings are subject to a verification process.
Guests receive a 20% discount on the 'Food' menu at The Alchemist, Westgate, Oxford. This offer is not valid on Saturdays or between November 25th and December 25th, and excludes all other menus.
Located in Headington, this home is just a 10-minute drive to Oxford city centre and its famous college grounds. It's easily accessible via the no. 10 bus, which also serves the Cowley Centre (retail centre), Cowley Road (lined with eclectic restaurants, trendy coffee shops, and bars), and JR Hospital. Central Headington, with its shops, restaurants, parks, and amenities, is a 5-minute drive away. A local newsagent and Aldi supermarket are within walking distance. Nearby attractions include the house where CS Lewis lived, Shotover Country Park, and BuryKnowle Park.
