The property is situated half an hour by car from Edinburgh city centre, close to the Royal (Dick) Vet School, Roslin Institute, Pentland Science Park, and Bush Estate. It's also 15 minutes from the Edinburgh City bypass. Carlops has a bus service to Edinburgh (50 mins-1 hour to the centre), with the last bus returning during the week at 8:30 PM. Wonderful walking opportunities are available directly from the doorstep into the Pentland Hills. Short lets are considered, and a Mon-Fri let is available for a reduced rent. Bills are included in the rent, and a deposit of £300.00 is required.
