We are a friendly, quiet working couple looking for a clean, respectful working professional to rent a spacious double room in our home in a peaceful residential area with easy on-road parking and a large garden. The bright double room comes with a double ottoman bed (bedding available if needed), two small chests of drawers, a bedside table with lamp, a desk with chair (removable if not needed), a double wardrobe and a mirror. A skybox is available if required, and the room overlooks the garden, facing south, with birdsong in the mornings. The house has a shared bathroom, an additional downstairs toilet, a utility room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, Superfibre broadband, a shared living and dining room, a large garden with an outdoor seating area and a covered patio. Only two people live in the house. We enjoy a regular routine, occasional catch-ups with friends and a calm, tidy, relaxed home, so this is not a party house. We are looking for a working professional who values a quiet, relaxed home environment. Rent is £600 per month, all bills included, with a £300 deposit. Available from 3rd January 2027, minimum term 3 months.
