The second bedroom has a small double bed that can be converted into two small single beds on request, and the third bedroom has two small twin beds. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is also available. Outside there is a table and chairs in a pretty garden area. The home is equipped with WiFi and a flat-screen television with DVD player. Two car spaces and two dogs are permitted. Park passes for entertainment and on-site facilities can be purchased from Rockley reception or up to four weeks in advance, for Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday or Saturday to Saturday stays. Park facilities are closed from 4 November to 15 March. No smoking is permitted. Located within a short walk of the beach and Ham Common nature reserve, the park offers watersports, a restaurant, takeaways, live lounge entertainment, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, a watersports centre, a multi-sports range, play areas and a mini-market.
