The current housemates are two professionals (1 female, 1 male) aged 18 and 39, who are non-smokers and do not have pets. They enjoy music, cooking, sports, gym, Netflix, animals, culture, board games, coffee, exploring, camping, adventures, events, salsa, and socializing. The new housemate should not be a couple, a smoker, or have pets, and can be of any occupation and age up to 39. The room is flexible with furnishings and decorating. The house is kept tidy and clean, with a washing machine and tumble dryer available. The current housemate travels frequently and is often away on weekends. Bills are included, and a deposit of £500.00 is required. The minimum term is 1 month.
