This house share is looking for a new housemate who must like cats, as there are two house cats that require vigilance with open doors. The cats are house-trained and harnessed, but they are high-energy and may create some background noise. The house also has a large garden, although it currently needs attention due to recent renovations. The existing household comprises two females aged 21 to 31, and they share three rooms. The current housemates are professionals with interests in music, art, food, gaming, and animals. Smoking is not allowed, and couples are not preferred. The minimum age for new housemates is 20, and the maximum is 40. A deposit of £400 is required, and bills are included in the rent.
