Situated at the end of a row of similar mobile homes, it's next to a footpath down to the sea and a short walk to Rockley Beach, the Watersports Centre, and Ham Common Nature Reserve. The high-quality, well-insulated lodge features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite, a twin room with a bathroom opposite, and a sofa bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The kitchen-diner leads to a spacious lounge with unparalleled sea views. Gas central heating and an electric fireplace ensure the lodge is cosy and warm. A Friends & Family pass (£200) grants access to the holiday park's free swimming, activities, and entertainment, as well as exclusive Owners' Clubhouse facilities including a free sauna, hot tub, pool table, unlimited free tea/coffee, and WiFi. On-site amenities include a public restaurant, bar, shop, and takeaways. The rental is available until 2nd January 2027, with the park closed throughout January and February, reopening on 2nd March. The rental is for the entire lodge. The price includes all bills for the first person, with an additional charge of £5 per week per person thereafter. Please note that as this is a holiday park, post delivery is not possible, and WiFi does not reach the lodge.
