High Tides is a chic 5-bedroom holiday villa in the heart of the Sandbanks Peninsula, a short stroll from its iconic 5km Blue Flag beach. The villa spans three floors and comfortably accommodates up to 10 holidaymakers across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a travel cot available for infants.
The upper floor is an open lounge, kitchen and dining area, lit by large skylights. The kitchen is well equipped with an integrated oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine and a breakfast bar, and a stylish wooden table seats 8. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa and smart TV, and three large sliding doors open onto a long balcony with views over Sandbanks Bay and the garden. The top floor also has a family bathroom with a full-size bath.
The master ensuite is downstairs and features a super king bed, smart TV and a walk-in rainfall shower. A second king-size ensuite bedroom overlooks the garden. A third ground-floor bedroom suits children or teens, with a single bed and a pull-out trundle bed. The lower ground floor offers direct access to the patio and garden, a utility room with washer and dryer, a shower room, and a snug with a modular sofa, smart TV and DVD player.
The garden has a dining table for 8 with a parasol, a lawned area with palm trees, an outdoor sofa, a gas BBQ and a hot tub. Off-street parking is available for two vehicles. Pets are welcome for a small cleaning fee, and Wi-Fi is included throughout. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am. No smoking, including vapes, and no parties or loud events are permitted.
