We are looking for a housemate to join us in our lovely house with a cute garden and two parking spaces. It features a cozy living room with a wood burner, perfect for winter, and a modern, light kitchen equipped with an American fridge/freezer. As both of us are baristas, expect great coffee and matcha here! The house also includes a conservatory with additional living space, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a spacious dining area, and a cupboard under the stairs for storage. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and an attic bedroom. Our black and white cocker spaniel, Winnie, is a friendly companion who loves walks. Note that the house will be personalized once we move in.
We currently have two female housemates, aged 23 to 27, and would prefer a new female housemate aged 22 to 32. Smoking and couples are not allowed, and pets are not suitable. We want someone interested in cooking, the outdoors, and socializing. Available now with a minimum stay of six months.
