A lovely double room is available in a flat in Penn Hill, Poole. I am looking for a friendly, like-minded female to share the home. I am easy-going and sociable, and enjoy meeting friends and the outdoors, but I also love a relaxed evening in. I would like a flatmate with a similar outlook who wants a happy, relaxed home.

The location is convenient: Penn Hill's bars, restaurants, cafés and supermarket are close by, Branksome train station is a 10-minute walk away with direct trains to London Waterloo, and good bus links run to Poole and Bournemouth. The local beaches are also close.

The room is fully furnished and includes a clothes rail, bedside table, chest of drawers and under-bed storage. All bills and broadband are included.

I have a small, friendly dog, so being a dog lover is a must. I am looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who will enjoy making this a home. Please message me to tell me a little about yourself.
