One off-road parking space is available for a private car, and ample on-street parking is available outside. Duvets, linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
Technology includes a 55" Smart TV in the living room, a 43" TV in the master bedroom, and Wi-Fi.
No smoking and no pets are permitted. Guests are kindly requested to respect other residents and keep noise to a minimum. Same-day bookings can be accepted if received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays), and out-of-hours arrivals can be arranged if requested before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Branksome Chine Beach and a 10-minute drive to Bournemouth, with a wide selection of restaurants and bars.
