This is a non-smoking property. Arrivals out of office hours can be arranged if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays). Check-out is by 10am. Guests are kindly asked to leave the property tidy, with washing-up done and all rubbish removed.
The Quay is a minute's walk away, and the main shopping area is five minutes on foot. Dorset's beaches and the Jurassic Coast are within easy reach, and the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall are nearby.
