The front section is semi self-contained with its own kitchen and bathroom facilities, intended for two lodgers. The back section is for the family. The kitchen is well-equipped with a breakfast bar, large fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, ample cupboard space, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. Access is via the front door, offering additional privacy. Use of a washing machine and dryer is provided. There is a large garden with two patios. On-road parking and a cycle store are available. The property is a 5-minute walk from bus stops with frequent services to Poole town centre, Poole hospital, Bournemouth University, and Bournemouth town centre. A small Tesco and Subway are nearby. Bills are included. Communal areas are cleaned twice weekly. A minimum stay of 3 months is required, and full references will be taken. The English family consists of a married couple with two adult daughters in their 20s. They have cats in the back section of the house, which are not allowed into the front section. This room is available from 7th November 2026. Temporary accommodation is available as a stop-gap between mid-October and 7th November. Overnight visiting partners are not permitted, but visiting friends and family are welcome to stay in your room. The aim is to provide a safe and happy home with a harmonious and sociable atmosphere.
