Description
A large, furnished, sunny double bedroom with ensuite and sea views over Parkstone Bay and Brownsea Island is available in this house share. The house is a two-minute walk from the sea and about 15 minutes from Poole Quay via the coastal path. Ashley Cross, Parkstone railway station and Poole Hospital are within walking distance, with numerous cafes nearby. The sheltered harbour waters are popular for paddle boarding and wild swimming, and a sailing club is a ten-minute stroll away.
The house has an open-plan ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen, utility, dining and seating area. Upstairs is a very large lounge overlooking the sea, with a balcony. There is a sunny back garden and off-road parking.
The household is looking for someone clean, tidy and quiet, who enjoys a chat over an occasional shared meal or glass of wine. The house comes with a cat.
