The current household consists of two housemates, one male and one female, aged between 18 and 75. This professional home welcomes tenants who do not smoke or have pets, and requires references. The interests of the household include cooking, fitness, socializing, and films among others. Couples are welcome, and the minimum stay is six months with no maximum term.
