Description
This is a house share with two professional women working from home. They are looking for a quiet and considerate housemate. The current housemate has left to go to their own flat. The ideal housemate would be working 9-5 or nights and be fond of dogs. This is a relaxed house with super neighbours and a very nice neighbourhood. Rent is £150 weekly, including all bills, payable on Saturday for the week commencing the next Monday, or £600 monthly, payable with a deposit on move-in day. Parking is available on the street. The current residents are early risers and early to bed. They are not vegetarian but would welcome someone to show them how to cook something interesting without meat. They want their housemate to feel at home and participate in "curry night" on Fridays. The working week is generally very dull and quiet. If this sounds right for you, please get in touch.
