The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, glassware, crockery, and pots & pans. Enjoy a comfortable double sofa and a dining table with seating. The separate sleeping area is equipped with a double bed. All linen, bedding, and towels are provided.

Free parking is available nearby, though it is not suitable for larger vans over 1.95m in height, and a late check-out fee of £50+vat per half hour applies unless agreed in advance.

The mezzanine sleeping area is accessed by steep, narrow stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Failure to return keys to the key safe on check-out will incur a £200+vat charge. This property is not pet-friendly. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Guests are asked to wash up used dishes, bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins, return keys to the key safe, switch off lights, close all windows, and turn down the heating before leaving. No outdoor shoes are to be worn inside. No BBQs are permitted.

An iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer are provided for guests' use.

Located in the heart of Europe's largest marina, you're moments from a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, cafés, boutique shops, a cinema, bowling, and a casino. Brighton's city centre is just a short bus or taxi ride away.
