Looking for a flatmate to move in around October/November! You’d have your own double bedroom with an ensuite and a large wardrobe. Rent: £767.50 per month. Bills: Bringing the total to just under £1,000 per month. I’m 29 and work as a civil servant, Monday to Friday. I’m easygoing, friendly and enjoy having a good balance between socialising and having my own space. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, eating out, reading and watching crime documentaries. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, chilled and easy to get along with. It would be nice to have a flatmate who I could become mates with, whether that’s cooking together, grabbing food, having a drink or just having a chat after work. At the same time, I’m completely happy for us to do our own thing and have our own space. I’d just like the flat to feel like a relaxed, comfortable and respectful place to live. There is also Dexter my cat. He’s super low-maintenance, a bit dramatic and has approximately three working brain cells, so he’s pretty entertaining!
