I'm seeking a new flatmate to take over the tenancy as my current one is moving to Australia. I prefer someone similar in age, clean, considerate, and social, who enjoys a laid-back environment. The rent is £750 per month, with council tax in Band B, and bills for water, electricity, and Wi-Fi costing around £390–£400 monthly, split equally. Outside of work as an IT professional who mostly works from home, I enjoy running, football, and F1. While I'm sociable and relaxed, I also value personal space. No pets or smokers, and this home is not suitable for students. Ideal flatmate age is 21-30, and the apartment is available from 22nd July 2026, with a minimum stay of 12 months.
