Room to rent Chapel Street, Salford

Description

Looking for a new flatmate to join me, ideally 1st December (somewhat flexible, move in date could be discussed further). I work as a Intermidiate 3D Artist at a video game studio here in the city center. I'm clean, tidy, and work in the studio Monday to Friday. I'm looking for someone who is also clean and respectful of each other's spaces, ideally someone who isn't a huge party person and enjoys a more calm and relaxed home environment. I've been living here at The Filaments for three years and absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and super helpful with any queries you might have. They also hold a bunch of fun social events, fitness competitions with prizes with the occasional food trucks right outside of the flat. Also, you'll find a bar and a cafà that's in the same connected building. The flat is fully furnished and modern, located on the 11th floor. It features a huge private balcony with stunning views and lovely morning sunshine. The spacious bedroom comes with a double wardrobe, double bed, and drawers. You'll have your own private bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a huge outdoor social space with table tennis, table football, and a large lounge that can be booked out for any social gatherings. Quiet co-working spaces and an onsite free 24/7 gym are available. Parking is available for an extra charge. Council Tax: Band C. Bills per person (approx): £215 (council tax, water, electricity).
